We are hoping to stay at the SWS (Social Welfare System) guest house to save some money. Its only $70 per night for a room with a small kitchenette. If we wanted to forgo the refrig we could stay for $40 per night but I think having the Frig would allow us to eat more in our room. I am hoping they have availability when we are traveling. If not, we will have to stay at a hotel for about $150 per night.
For those that followed our Kazakhstan adoption, you remember I am sort of a snob when it comes to coffee. I brought a coffee press and bags of my own coffee to Kazakhstan for fear they wouldn't have any! Well, I am happy to report there is a Starbucks right around the corner from the guest house. Yes, my friend, we are not going to be "roughing it" this time :>
Our poor dog had surgery last Wednesday. Look how pitiful she is! We will know this week whether her tumor is cancerous or not. Believe it or not, she turned 11 a day before her surgery! Old girl. She is doing fine and is still wild despite having an H cut incision on her back end!
We're also with SWS and were NVC out one day before you. We may be in Seoul together!!
ReplyDeleteAww poor Greta. Hope it turns out ok!
