And We are Off!

Our dossier that is! It has finally been sent to Korea and now we wait the 4-8 months for a referral. We have requested a girl up to 4yr of age so we are hoping it might be on the shorter side since not many people request older children. There also are not a lot of older children available in Korea so it might not make a difference. Our preferred age would be 3yrs old but we will take younger as well. It would work out great b/c Leah and the new baby would be twins! An advantage would they could do the same extracurricular activities together and were the same clothes! A disadvantage will be 2 college payments at the same time!!

We are still 2 weeks away from closing on both houses. I still haven't packed a box! I still need to get boxes!

Long Time, No Post

We have been waiting 5 months for our I71h approval and finally got it! Monday our dossier is being sent to Korea. They anticipate a 4-8 month wait until a referral, however requesting a girl will be on the longer side. We might have a slight advantage because we have requested 0-4yrs of age. They don't typically have children that old, but it would be to our advantage if they did. Either way, we are busy with life and aren't in a huge rush. I would love for Leah to be 3yrs old when the new one comes home.

We put our house on the market in hopes of moving to a subdivision with more kids and a pool. In 4 weeks our house was sold so we are now in the process of packing and moving. We have 2 weeks to move out and we have yet to pack! Poor Milon has to take apart the swing set and trampoline besides! We did find a new house that is in a great family neighborhood! The yard is perfect b/c it's half and acre but is very private. We are looking forward to being settled in!
